CONVOCATORIA

Dentro de los plazos fijados  para la convocación de asambleas por  los ESTATUTOS  de ARGENTINA TESOL ASOCIACIÓN CIVIL, en su Artículo Vigésimo Octavo, se convoca a Asamblea General Ordinaria a celebrarse el día 28 de junio del año 2013, a las 16:00 horas, en el domicilio de la calle Maipú 686, Capital Federal para considerar el siguiente:

ORDEN DEL DIA

PUNTO PRIMERO: Designación de dos asambleístas para refrendar el acta de asamblea.

PUNTO SEGUNDO: Causas de la celebración de la Asamblea el 28 de junio del año 2013.

PUNTO TERCERO: Lectura y consideración de la memoria, inventario, cuenta de gastos y recursos correspondientes al ejercicio finalizado el 31 de diciembre de 2012.

Disposiciones estatutarias: Art. 29. Las Asambleas se celebrarán válidamente aún en los casos de reforma de estatuto y de disolución social, sea cual fuere el número de socios concurrentes, media hora después de la fijada en la convocatoria, si antes no se hubiera reunido ya la mayoría absoluta de los socios con derecho a voto.

Ricardo Martín Ramirez graduated from UADER, Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos, where he now lectures on British and American culture.  At present, he is writing his Master’s dissertation on ICT in education for Universidad de Jaén, Spain.  In 2010 he received the IVLP scholarship granted by the US Department of State.  He works for the Ministry of Education and the Conectar Igualdad Program in the province of Entre Ríos.  In March 2013 he made a presentation on EdTEch at the TESOL convention in Dallas, Texas, US.  This presentation had been awarded TESOL Best of Affiliates.

EFL teachers trying to fully incorporate the use of computers in their classrooms usually have to endure adversities when it comes to having a class get wired to the internet.  This presentation seeks to explore software that can be used offline as a viable solution to connectivity hitches.
