Teaching English in disadvantaged contexts: some insights from the students’ point of view
The presenter will address some of the issues brought about by changes in the access to high school education by adolescents from disadvantaged contexts . She will share some excerpts from interviews (in Spanish) and lessons to indicate possible sources of uneasiness and reflect on possible changes in pedagogy.
